Request deletion of your noi account using the form below, without signing in or installing the app. MyAppDesk receives the request, verifies that you own the account and confirms the outcome by email. Submitting the form does not automatically delete the account.
Request steps
- Enter your name and the email you use to sign in to noi. If you use an Apple relay address, include it in the message.
- Submit the request. A reason is optional; do not include passwords, receipts or identity documents.
- Reply to the verification email if requested. We will confirm what was deleted and explain any retained data, the reason and its retention period.
Account data and shared content
The request covers your sign-in account, profile, contact details, profile photo, preferences and associated personal data. Expenses, settlements and other shared records needed by remaining members may remain while the group exists to preserve its history and balances. Personal content you uploaded is reviewed as part of the request.
After deletion from active systems, residual copies may remain in backups until those backups expire under their normal rotation. Security records are retained only while needed for security, and legally required records for the period imposed by the applicable obligation. These copies are not used to restore your account for normal use. Our response will explain any applicable retention period. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, or with Manage subscription in your noi profile on withnoi.app.
You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account, or email noi@myappdesk.dev. For deletion of specific data only, say so in the form's message. See the privacy policy.
