The service and your account
noi helps people organize shared groups, including notes, lists, expenses, documents, events and places. You need an account to use the app. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You must be old enough to use the service under the law where you live, or have any required parent or guardian permission.
Shared groups
Content you add to a group is available to its members according to the app's sharing controls. A valid invitation can give someone access to that group. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to upload it. Group owners and administrators manage membership and settings; they do not automatically pay for Premium. Members remain responsible for settling their own debts. noi records and calculates shared expenses but does not hold money, process member-to-member payments or guarantee repayment.
Free features and subscriptions
Core group features are available without a subscription, subject to the limits shown in the app. noi Pro is a personal subscription: it adds features to your account in every group you belong to, while shared lists, files and budgets stay available to everyone in the group. Before purchase, the purchase screen shows the product, billing period, price and included benefits. Those displayed terms form part of your subscription and may change for future offers.
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store, Google Play or, on withnoi.app, RevenueCat Web Billing with payments processed by Stripe. Prices on withnoi.app include applicable taxes where required. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before renewal: in the account settings of the App Store or Google Play, or with Manage subscription in your noi profile on the web. Deleting the app, your account or leaving a group does not cancel a subscription. The seller of each purchase handles billing, cancellations and refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer law. Use Restore Purchases in the app if an existing purchase is not reflected.
If your subscription ends, your account returns to the free limits after any paid period or store grace period. Existing group content remains accessible. Features that depend on an active subscription may then stop or become unavailable. We do not delete your group content solely because a subscription ends.
Optional AI features and usage credits
If noi offers AI features, they are optional tools for tasks such as extracting receipt details, transcribing a recording, or preparing a shopping list. Availability may depend on your subscription, region, device, supported language, provider availability and the limits shown in the app. The app will show any credit allowance, what actions use credits, reset or expiry rules, and any purchase price before you use or buy credits. Credits are usage units, have no cash value and are not transferable unless the app expressly says otherwise.
AI results can be incomplete or wrong. Check names, items, amounts, dates, payer and split before using a result. AI does not create or change a shared expense or list until you review and confirm that action in the app. Do not rely on AI output as accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
AI features, providers, models and credit allowances may need to change for valid operational, security, legal or provider-related reasons. We will explain material changes clearly and give advance notice through an appropriate durable channel when required. We will not use this clause to remove a material paid benefit arbitrarily during a paid subscription period. If a change materially and adversely affects your access or use, any right to end the affected subscription and receive a refund or other remedy under applicable law remains available. Future offers, renewals and credit allowances may differ; their terms will be shown before you commit. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use and content rights
Do not use noi to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, subject to applicable law and any required notice or review. You retain ownership of content you create and grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display it to your group as part of providing noi. When you choose an AI feature, you also authorize the processing described in the Privacy Policy for that request.
Availability, changes and ending use
We aim to keep noi available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may evolve for valid operational, technical, security or legal reasons, with notice and remedies where required by law. You may stop using noi and request account deletion at noi@myappdesk.dev; see the Privacy Policy for the effect on shared records. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes appropriately. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in force. These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory rights of consumers where they live.
